Goldsmiths University graduate, Hazel Hurley, utilizes technical photography and elements of voyeurism to create spectacular creations of contemporary art that deal with youth, femininity and trauma. Using the female form as her subject, She incorporates man made materials in her work in her method to enhance or distort the male as well as the female perception of the female figure in natural surroundings.
She presently has exhibitions at the Henley Festival, Cafe Royal as well as a showing of her shocking and beautiful new collection, Concupiscience, at the Freud Bar.
Hazel, an accomplished fashion photographer has worked on a number of fashion week events in New York, London and Milan for shows by Phillip Plein, Carine Roitfield and Markus Lupfer.
