Nike just barely released two style versions of its popular Air Force 1 ‘07 Premiums in U.S. Army jacket-inspired quilted satin and heavy-duty nylon on its Nike Japanese website before both versions immediately sold out. The shoes that were available to members only for the price $140 USD (¥ 15,400 JPY) by reason, sold out quickly due to their cool design, affordable price, and limited quantity.
The AF1 was initially available in both “Cargo Khaki/Thermal Green/Bombay” and “Wheat/Club Gold/Bombay,” The shoe features a shiny upper with quilted stitches on the toe box and mid-panel with each sporting a 3M-embellished Swoosh emblem which creates a ghostly halo of light in the dark. With an extended tongue crafted in tactical nylon, the shoe is also lined in satin which complements the traditional satin embroidered Nike logo on the heel. The familiar “Designed & Tested in Beaverton, Oregon United States of America” inscription is stamped on the gum outer sole.
If you are dismayed that you missed out on the chance to purchase these shoes before you even knew they dropped, there is a good chance that several pairs will be offered for resale online for those who passionately covet limited-edition footwear.
