A Seat At The Table is Solange Knowles’s third full-length studio album. Her lyrical, musically mezmerising album recently claimed the #1 Position on Bilboard’s Top 200 making her, and sister Beyonce, the first sisters to have number one recordings.
Two of the stand out songs, “Cranes In The Sky” and “Don’t Touch My Hair”, received brilliant video treatments in the hands of Knowles, who served as Art Director. Both videos are superb pieces of work featuring a treasure trove of outstanding fashion and fabulous hairstyling. Alan Ferguson, (Well known music video producer, and Knowles’s husband since 2014) co- edited and co-directed videos for both songs along with Knowles.
Lil Wayne, Andre 3000, Kelly Rowland, Q-Tip, and talented British producer Sampha are some of the more noteworthy artists that collaborated with Knowles on this stellar achievement.
